How do I run a PHA Completion Report ?

  1. Log in to your EHA Wellness Group Admin account.
  2. Go to Reports from the left navigation menu.

  3. Select PHA Completion Report from the Report Type drop-down menu. Then select the Time Period you would like to run the report for. For Example: 09/01/2025 - 06/01/2026

  4. Click Download Report.

    Your report will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
