If an employee is retiring, you’ll need to update their status in the system. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your EHA Wellness Group Admin account.
- Search for the participant using their first name, last name, EHA code, or email address.
- Once you have located the correct participant, select anywhere on their listed details to open their profile.
- Once you have their profile open, click Edit.
- Mark their account as Retiring and enter the Effective Date of Change.
- Scroll back to the top of the profile and click Save.
