If an employee is retiring, you’ll need to update their status in the system. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your EHA Wellness Group Admin account.
- Search for the participant using their first name, last name, EHA code, or email address.
- Once you have located the correct participant, select anywhere on their listed details to open their profile.
- Once you have their profile open, click Edit.
- Mark their account as Transfer.
- If you know the school that they are Transferring To select it from the drop-down menu. If the school doesn’t appear as an option, it likely means they’re not part of the EHA Wellness program. In that case, you can mark the account as Remove instead.
- Enter the Effective Date of Change.
- Scroll back to the top of the profile and click Save.
