As a group admin, you can generate a PHA aggregate report for your group in your EHA admin account. The
PHA Aggregate report is a useful tool to see the overall health status of your staff. The system will only
generate a report if your group has at least 25 participants with a completed PHA.
- Log in to your EHA Wellness Group Admin account.
- Go to Reports from the left navigation menu.
- Select Aggregate Report from the Report Type drop-down menu.
- Complete all remaining fields for your Aggregate Report
a. Select the Report Year Type. (your choice will determine the next fields)
• Single Year Report: Report for single period.
• Two-Year Report: Report will compare two program periods (i.e., two years). Report generation will require two program timeframes. Both years must meet the 25-participant minimum.
b. Number of eligible participants in the current year
i. Enter your total eligible participant number for the current program period. The report will use this number to calculate your current year’s program participation percentage. This number is located on your Participants Dashboard page.
c. Number of eligible participants in past year (only used for Two Year Report)
i. Enter your total eligible participant number from your previous years’ program. The report will use this number to calculate your previous year’s program participation percentage. This number can be found in your prior year reporting. If you are unsure of this number, email contact@ehawellness.com for assistance.
d. Current Year Time Period
i. Enter the start and end date of your current/most recent PHA program.
e. Previous Year Time Period (only used for Two Year Report)
i. Enter the start and end date of your previous/earliest PHA program
- Click Download Report.
Your report will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
