How do I enroll in a challenge or core tracker?

Through the App:

  1. Log in to your Abhaya account.

  2. You can enroll in upcoming challenges directly from the dashboard under the My Upcoming Challenges section. Tap View More to view all the challenges.

  3. You can also view the upcoming challenges by going to Challenges in the bottom navigation menu.

  4. Tap Browse to view the available Challenges and Core Trackers. Tap Enroll to view the challenge details.

  5. Tap Enroll In Challenge to successfully enroll in the challenge or core tracker of your choice.

Through the web:

  1. Login to your EHA Wellness account using this link.
  2. You can enroll in upcoming challenges directly from the dashboard under the My Upcoming Challenges section. Click View All to view all the challenges.

  3. You can also view the upcoming challenges by going to Challenges in the left navigation menu.

  4. Click Browse to view the available Challenges and Core Trackers. Click Enroll to view the challenge details

  5. Click Enroll In Challenge to successfully enroll in the Challenge or Core Tracker of your choice

Note: Challenge enrollment is available up to 5 days after the challenge start date.
