How do I know if I completed my program requirements?

Through the App:

  1. Log in to your EHA Wellness account on your Abhaya Well app.

  2. Tap View Rewards on the Your Rewards tile on your dashboard.

  3. The Reward Center will display your program requirements based on your school’s program. Program requirements may include:
    • Completion of Personal Health Assessment (PHA)
    • Completion of Challenges
    • Completion of Elevate Form

The program activity box will indicate a green checkmark if the activity is complete. All displayed activity boxes must have a green checkmark for you to be complete in the program. A sample dashboard with 3 program activity boxes is listed below. This user has not completed any requirements.

  2. Click on View Reward on the Reward Center tile.

      • Completion of Challenges
      • Completion of Elevate Doctor Form

The program activity box will indicate a green checkmark if the activity is complete. For you to be complete in the program, all displayed activity boxes must have a green checkmark. A sample dashboard with 3 program activity boxes is listed below. This user has only completed the PHA.
