How do I know if my PHA is complete?

Through the App:

1. Log in to your EHA Wellness account on the Abhaya Well app.
   
   
2. On your dashboard, tap View Rewards on the Your Rewards tile.
   
   
   
   
3. The PHA Reward tile in the Reward Center will show the current status. The screenshot below shows the status as completed. You can also see a green check mark in the top right corner of the tile.
   
   

Through Web:

1. Log in to your EHA Wellness account using this link.
   
   
2. Click  View Reward on the Reward Center tile.
   
   
   
   
3. The PHA Reward tile in the Reward Center will display the current status. The screenshot below shows the status as Completed. You can also see a green check mark in the top right corner of the tile.
