How can I print my PHA report to take it to my doctor?

  1.  Log in to your EHA Wellness account using this link

  2. Click PHA on the left navigation menu

  3. Go to Personal Report to view the detailed report

  4. Click Print. Your report will open up in a PDF and you will be able to print it
